WoodWrite, Ltd. offers numerous varieties of very rare, rare, exotic, and standard woods.  We also offer six colors of crushed velvet, a man-made material reminiscent of high end pens from the 1920's and 30's. Follow the links for photographs and detailed information on each wood.

Woods of the World Sample Panels

You probably don't want to point your customers to our web site to see what each wood looks like (after all, then they could make their own pens!) Instead, order our WW-99 Woods of the World Sample Panels for only $19.95.  You will receive a 1" x 3" x 3/16" sample of each of the woods we carry, finished with Turner's Magic Super-Gloss on one side and labeled on the other. Each sample is pre-drilled and ready to string on the supplied bead chain.  Free panels are available on request as new woods are added. (WW-99 is included with all of our production systems.)

WoodWrite, Ltd. offers pre-cut and pre-drilled pen/pencil blanks, as well as undrilled blanks,  in each of the woods and colors of crushed velvet that we carry. Dimensions are listed below for each style.  Please refer to the chart at the bottom of this page for pricing information.

*SuperSlim pen and pencil blanks are used with Slimline mechanicals, but are a larger block of wood to allow you to create ergonomic designs, or use with the Copy-Cat duplicator for patterns such as the GibsonGirl pens.
